Domain: Security and Regulation
Initiated, created and presented a business case to the board. Won the pitch to create a new capability. Designed and delivered on a 5 year strategy where we have built this capability and further developed it by designing and implementing maturity and risk assessment framework and building capabilities for Identify, Protect, Response, and Detection. Leading a team of 75+ FTE across 3 geo locations and multiple crafts (engineering, machine learning, data analytics, product, operations).

Domain: Fraud Prevention
Designed and set out a new strategy for Fraud. This included: ●a new definition of success, with metrics to measure cost and impact ●redefining collaborations with the other Business Units ●enhancing Controls (combination of machine learning models, automation and manual actions) ●significantly improving Fraud rates while also reducing friction for genuine Partners ●built and launched Know Your Customer and Sanction Screening and turned it into Screening as a Service.

Domain: Sales and Product for SaaS
Responsible for the global expansion of multiple existing and new B2B products. Defining and executing both commercial as well as product strategy for this SaaS product family. Re defined addressable market and segmentation, introduced a new marketing strategy, re defined product on boarding and product engagement, introduced a new product roadmap and made changes in the overall organization. B2B customer base grew from 65k to >105k, while reducing cost and increasing revenue and thereby marking the first profitable year for this product family.

Domain: Customer Service
Defined the Product strategy for B2B and B2C contact and servicing environment. This included designing and building a new infrastructure, new set of tooling and a database structure to enable detailed tracking across all departments involved. This enabled the department to growth to 10.000+ FTE and handle more inbound volume (2 million per month) at lower cost (introducing AI and bringing self-service from 47% to 88%).

Domain: Information Management
Built new tooling for the sales and marketing teams and for some of the operational teams. The new tooling in combination with a new way of using data and defining target audiences made us more effective, reducing marketing cost by over 50%.

End to end responsible for 3 Telemarketing and Telesales contact centers with 900 FTE. We grew from 500 to over 2000 sales a week, which resulted in an annual profit of 11+ million
